Di Amalfi: Handmade pasta with a Puerto Rican twist

The idea for Di Amalfi was born on a trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where Gabriel and Bianca discovered the art of making fresh pasta. What began as a culinary passion became a business vision that connects Italian tradition with Puerto Rican pride.

In 2020, amid global challenges, they founded Di Amalfi, betting on the quality and freshness of their products while supporting local agro-entrepreneurs. Today, with a 4,000-square-foot expansion in their facilities and a distribution network covering the entire island, they serve over 40 restaurants and hotels. Their products are available in more than 20 supermarkets across Puerto Rico.
